I got a book out of the children's library once about human beings, which said that Man (yes, it was that long ago) had 'an innate need to classify the world around him'. 'Hmm', I thought. 'I too, must have an innate need to classify the world', and spent a Saturday morning putting class labels on all my books, until, eventually, bored rigid, I had to accept the truth that possibly I was a bit thin in this essential human trait. Still this website design requires that I do separate portfolios for different aspects of my work. On the one hand, it's a chance to put lots of different photographs with the text. On the other hand, it all links together in various interlinking themes, so it's a bit artificial. Here's what I came up with so far.
